RETURNS & WARRANTY

A: We offer a limited lifetime warranty. Things not covered include:

Eyelet/Rivet or hardware (belt clips, screws/binding post) finish wear.
Intentional or reckless damage from the customer.
Cracked or breaks along stress points. It will crack if too much pressure is applied, such as over tightening of your belt, etc.
Fabric peeling.
Dog chewed it.
Discontinued products.
Leaving it in your car on a hot summer day.
ANY modifications made by the customer.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: MIE Productions holsters are custom made to your exact specifications.

We do not resell used or returned holsters.
Please be sure your selections are correct before placing your order.
Orders may be canceled if we receive your cancellation request in writing, via email, within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation requests should be emailed to: mieholsters@gmail.com.
Please include your name, address and phone number, along with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Orders canceled or returned after the 24-hour period are subject to a 60% cancellation/return fee.
Returns items must be received within 30 days of original purchase. Ship the items back to us, we will inspect all items. Any missing accessories, hardware, or additional components will constitute a fee. Damaged, altered, or modified items will not be refunded.
A full refund will be issued for all defective items only.
The placing of an order constitutes your understanding and acceptance of our cancellation/return fee policy.
